Customer Care Specialist - 1st Level Support Fluent in German, based in Porto, Portugal- Address both internal and external customer queries regarding the organization's hardware and software products- Provide assistance, basic guidance, and solutions outlined in the guidelines; process quotes and orders- Strive for top-notch first contact resolution and customer satisfaction- Maintain comprehensive notes and documentation for each support incident and customer information in the ticketing system- Collaborate closely with other support level teams to ensure an exceptional Customer Experience throughout the Support Chain- Serve as the main point of contact for Channel Partner and Distributor support for all non-technical inquiriesFlexible working hours Hybrid model: 3 days/week onsite and 2 days home office
