You need to be fluent in both German and English, as you will be working primarily with the German market.Responsibilities:Communicate effectively with customers to schedule pallet collections.Provide excellent customer service and support.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.Requirements:Fluency in German and English.Previous experience in a call center environment.A willingness to learn and grow within the role.The salary offered is €1000 with a food allowance of €7, paid on a meal card. Additionally, there is a language allowance of €300 and a productivity allowance of €124.
