You would be the essential ingredient that completes our recipe. As a Customer Care Specialist, your contribution adds a unique touch to our global mix. Collaborating with the Customer Care team, you are responsible for our clients' satisfaction when they need assistance with our product.Our TeamAs a customer care team, we are responsible for our clients' satisfaction when they need assistance with our product. We are also the bridge between clients and the product team for influencing the product road-map.Your RoleAs a Customer Care Manager, your responsibility is to offer the best experience to our customers through both synchronous and asynchronous interventions, in order to increase customer satisfaction.Key MissionsYou represent Zenchef as a friendly and helpful expert in all customer interactions, while maintaining the company's image and reputation.You develop in-depth knowledge about Zenchef products to be able to provide accurate and effective support to customers.You process customer tickets, calls (inbound & outbound) and messages, focusing on a quick and successful resolution.You contribute to the enrichment of the knowledge base with new information, including customer feedback and insights.You collect and provide feedback insights based on customer needs and requests in order to feed the product road-map.You already have experience in customer relations.You are able to synthesize, and you can efficiently process a large volume of requests by targeting and responding quickly.Solution-driven, you can suggest solutions to enhance the customer support experience and take initiatives.Patient and pedagogue, you are able to drive customers clearly to solve a request.You are fluent in French, English, and Dutch (read, write & speak).You'll be our rock star ifYou already have experience in Food Tech.You speak a fourth language (German, Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish).About ZenchefAt Zenchef, we empower over 19,000 European restaurants.
