Job Overview Role: Customer Service Representative Project: Home Appliances Languages : Italian (C1/native) and English (B2) Location : On-site in Lisbon, Portugal Type of Contract: Fixed-Term (6 months) Key Details Training Start Date: 15th January 2025 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00 and 19:00.
Sunday and one rotational day off per week.
Your Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer support for a leading home appliances brand.
Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and service requests.
Ensure timely and accurate responses via phone, email, and chat.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Log customer interactions and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
What Were Looking For Languages: Proficient in Italian (C1/native) and English (B2).
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: 895 EUR gross/month (14 months).
Meal Allowance: 7.23EUR /day (1,908.72 EUR per annum).
Transport Allowance: 20 EUR /month (240 EUR per annum).
Totaling in: 14 678,72 EUR per annum Performance Bonus: 100 EUR per month (12 months), (1200 EUR per annum).
