Customer Advisor (REMOTE) - Work from Anywhere!
Language Requirement: Native or Fluent Dutch (English not required; conversational English is a plus but not necessary)
About the Project: Join one of the largest e-commerce websites in the Netherlands, a market leader in the online sale of books, entertainment products, electronic devices, and toys.
Responsibilities:

Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide solutions.
Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.
Act as a point of contact for external sellers.
Provide information about digital products.
Escalate and reroute issues to other departments as needed.

Requirements:

Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch.
Availability to work in rotating shifts.
Good computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High School Diploma.
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.

Training:

Training lasts approximately 5 days and provides insight into your future role.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break).
Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, from 07:00 to 23:00.
You will be scheduled to work 8 hours per day, with a one-hour break.
Weekend shifts include a 25% salary supplement.

Salary: €1300 per month.
