And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.
What you will do in this role
Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
Attract potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.
Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.
Your qualifications
Have a high level of German (written and oral) and are fluent in English (B2)
Have excellent communication and active listening skills
Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
Are proactive, self-motivated, and a great team player
