Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Advisor fluent in French (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level) to join our remote team based in Portugal. As a Customer Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues for our clients French-speaking customers. Your role will involve using your language skills to ensure customer satisfaction and support business operations effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French and English.Provide accurate information about products and services.Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.Meet or exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
Fluency in French (C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.Proficient in using computer applications and CRM systems.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
