TasksYour responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for Streaming Platform will be: Answering incoming queries from customers via social media, email, chat and phone (70% written & 30% verbal support)Supporting customers with questions regarding their subscriptions, invoicing or troubleshootingIdentifying issues and providing solutionsProviding help with regards to software functionalityEnsuring high level of customer satisfactionRecording data in the CRM systemProviding ad-hoc supportBeing a team player and participate in the success of the team and projectRequirementsSkills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: You are a native German speaker (this is a must!) + a good level of EnglishThe company is recruiting on soft skills; regardless of your field of studies, they will train you on every aspect of the job.
