What does your day-to-day in this role look like:
As a Politics & Government Assistant for Social Media (Dutch and English), you will be part of an ambitious, motivated support team, working with one of the world's most recognizable companies.
Gather important information
Monitor advertisements, detecting inappropriate links;
Identify and troubleshoot possible issues
Triage requests from the different entities
Facilitate the communication with Government, Political, and Advocacy partners
Help to keep relevant content on various platforms
Respond, when possible and needed, by email, with high quality, speed, empathy and accuracy
Escalate any issue, when needed
Requirements
What do you need to be successful at this job?
Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch
B2/C1 level in English
Availability to work in rotating shifts;
Good computer skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
