Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Advisor for Insurance Company will be: Booking insurance meetings on behalf of German insurers. First contact with potential customers to identify their needs and schedule meetings directly into the insurer's calendar. Offering meetings between the insurer and the customer, leveraging arguments for Denmark's leading insurance company. Identifying issues and providing solutions. Being a team player, participating in the success of the team and project, covering for absent colleagues, and attending regular team meetings. Skills, qualifications, and interests you need to succeed in this role: A native level of German and an advanced level of English (C1 level). Already living in Portugal. Interest in customer relationships and solving issues. Energetic, innovative, and proactive at a fast pace. Excitement about intercultural communication and the expatriate lifestyle. Willing to relocate to Lisbon for an international career and life experience. Having a valid Portuguese work permit (required). What's in it for you? 39h/week, Monday to Sunday; Early shift: 08:00 to 17:00; Late shift: 13:00 to 22:00. Salary: 17,800 € gross annual salary including performance-based bonuses + meal vouchers of 7.63€/work day + transportation allowance of 20€ per month. Full home office possibility.
