The Culture Marketing Manager has the overall strategic and operative responsibility for the Culture program in the region.
Translating the global culture marketing strategy into a national strategy and creating a locally relevant and innovative program are the key tasks.
He/she contributes with his/her work to the overall national marketing and business goals in-line with the set international culture marketing strategy.
Additionally, he/she develops new concepts and ideas, evaluates the effectiveness and impact of our existing programs and aligns closely with our media business entities.
Furthermore, you must also align with the communications, sales, and brand teams to ensure clarity of message and clear communication of all activities carried out both pre-, during and post-event.
You'll seek out and maximize the potential that RedBull own projects provide for the wider business in close alignment with the rest of the stakeholders.
ResponsabilidadesTodas as responsabilidades que te iremos confiar:
Translate the International Culture Strategy into RedBull event programmes and concepts relevant in the country.Create and execute high quality events of all scales and leverage international projects and programmes.Establish and run long-term culture, dance and music platforms as stand-alone or part of a global initiative.Plan and realise efficient branding strategies for RedBull projects, and 3rd Party events.Ensure efficient logistic and event tools handling.Generate an efficient 3rd party events programme.Manage partnership and sponsorship negotiations.Work closely together with sales, communications and brand department.Documenting all activities in a comprehensive way and create case studies where applicable.Surveying the proper appearance of RedBull in all areas of entertainment/culture and business.Ensuring a qualitative approach and evaluation of all opinion leader activities.Responsibility of the total national Culture Marketing budget.Evaluating the results and final outcome/impact of all activities.Contribute to reaching all national marketing and sales targets.Establish a rich network in the fields of culture in general and dance as well as music in particular to be aware of new upcoming trends and movements.Guide and motivate the team for delivering innovative projects.Identifies Best Practice examples and develops case studies in combination with RedBull International for the field.RequisitosWorking experience, ideally in a music/dance/culture related environment, allowing a vast understanding of the culture landscape.Experience in dealing with artists and related entities (labels, management, etc.
)Strong management skills, working with a team of specialists, leading external agencies/freelancers.Interested and open to different cultural playgrounds.
Creative and innovative mindset, open for new things.Well connected in different culture scenes and environments – good networker.Clear understanding of global entertainment, music and culture industry, as well as a firm understanding of the youth culture market and scenes in the country.Team player, creative, excellent communicator, open-minded, ingenious, innovative and self-motivated with a can-do attitude and focused on delivering results.Strong knowledge of MS Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel.EducaçãoUniversity degree in Business Administration (or similar professional experience) / Marketing / Communications.English; Portuguese.Travel 20-30%.Local de BaseLisbon, Portugal
