CTO Mechanical Team Leader Contract Type Permanent Country PORTUGAL Location Santa Maria da Feira Your opportunity We aim to integrate a new talent to our CTO (Configure To Order) team. The CTO Mechanical Team Leader will lead a team of 13 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.
Your Mission CTO : Configure To Order Lead a team of 13 designers, include configuration and custom design. Ensure for all the design : Safety - Quality - Leadtime - cost Operative role, participate to the critical projects review RCA and problem solving skills Ensure training and developpment of the team. Sens of responsibility. Maintain tth team Kpis Perform and lead the SIM Your Profile Mechanical bakground Skills in management Leader profile Transversal projects / region communication. Familiar with BOM Rigourous Collaborative work with different department (Equipment Supply Leaders, Purchase, workshop, Field Services Engineers) Software : Solidworks (or 3d equivalent) AutoCAD, PLM sytem (SAP prefered) Customer and quality focus Able to work and communicate with worldwide teammate.
