The CTO Mechanical Team Leader will lead a team of 13 CTO engineers working together to deliver the BOM (Bills Of Materials) needed to launch our project in production.Your Mission:CTO: Configure To OrderLead a team of 13 designers, including configuration and custom design.Ensure for all the design: Safety - Quality - Leadtime - CostOperative role, participate in the critical projects reviewRCA and problem-solving skillsEnsure training and development of the team.Sense of responsibility.Maintain the team KPIsPerform and lead the SIMYour Profile:Mechanical backgroundSkills in managementLeader profileTransversal projects / region communication.Familiar with BOMRigorousCollaborative work with different departments (Equipment Supply Leaders, Purchase, Workshop, Field Services Engineers)Software: Solidworks (or 3D equivalent), AutoCAD, PLM system (SAP preferred)Customer and quality focusAble to work and communicate with worldwide teammates.
