Job Description:
They are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and shape the technical direction of the company. As CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of their Solana-based DeFi products, managing the tech team, and driving innovation in Blockchain technologies. You will play a key role in setting the technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all products.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of Solana-based DeFi applications and smart contracts.
Define and execute the company's technology strategy in line with business objectives.
Manage and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Solana, ReactJS, Next.js, and NestJS.
Oversee code quality, testing, and security best practices in Blockchain development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies, implementing tools that improve efficiency and product performance.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a CTO or Senior Technical Leader in a Blockchain or Fintech company.
Strong expertise in Solana development (smart contracts, Rust, Proof of History, etc.).
Full-stack development experience (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, ReactJS, Next.js).
Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and Blockchain architecture.
Experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, and containerisation.
Strong focus on security and data integrity within Blockchain applications.
