Job Description: They are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead and shape the technical direction of the company. As CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of their Solana-based DeFi products, managing the tech team, and driving innovation in Blockchain technologies. You will play a key role in setting the technical strategy, ensuring scalability, security, and performance across all products.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of Solana-based DeFi applications and smart contracts.Define and execute the company's technology strategy in line with business objectives.Manage and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.Architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Solana, ReactJS, Next.js, and NestJS.Oversee code quality, testing, and security best practices in Blockchain development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business needs.Stay ahead of emerging technologies, implementing tools that improve efficiency and product performance.Key Requirements: Proven experience as a CTO or Senior Technical Leader in a Blockchain or Fintech company.Strong expertise in Solana development (smart contracts, Rust, Proof of History, etc.).Full-stack development experience (JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, ReactJS, Next.js).Deep understanding of DeFi protocols and Blockchain architecture.Experience leading engineering teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, and containerisation.Strong focus on security and data integrity within Blockchain applications.Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience.Token allocations with a vesting schedule.Annual performance-based bonus (fiat/crypto).Benefits: Flexible remote work options.Access to a broad network in fintech and digital assets.Professional development opportunities.Paid time off and holidays.Travel coverage.If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now with your updated CV in Microsoft Word/PDF format.
