We are looking for a determined, high-energy, well-organized individual for the position of Crown & Bridge Technician to join our ADL team in Louisville, Kentucky.
*Qualified candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience are eligible for a sign on bonus of $1000, after 120 days of continuous employment.* Our Company has the following to offer: Excellent compensation plan with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, short/long term disability, 401(k), vacation and holidaysInvestments in the latest technologyExclusively focused in cosmetic, implant and digital design for fixed prosthodonticsPrimary Responsibilities & Skills: Wax and finish PFM frames, including large bridges, focusing on margins and fitFull contour gold crowns, implant crowns, restoration, and model workPerform case planning and design, waxing, casting, die trimming, and finishingCase QC and minor case touch-up; On-time case completion and delivery – troubleshoot case logisticsAbility to read prescriptions or specifications from clients/doctors and examine dental models or impressions to determine the design of the product to be fabricatedControl all in-process laboratory quality assurance standards. Provide training to techs as needed to meet desired standards.All other duties as assigned or otherwise requiredQualifications: Ceramic skills a plusStart-to-finish proficiency in Crown & BridgeKnowledge of dental materials, terminology, and techniques preferredRequires flexibility and adaptability to meet laboratory demandsOutstanding analytical, problem solving and organizational abilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsHigh School diploma or equivalent required*All new hires will be required to pass our standard employee background check*
