What you will do:
Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing a leading online marketplace.
Handle continuous communication via ticketing and chat with customers regarding incidents, issues, and questions.
Resolve common issues and answer questions self-reliantly based on tools, information, processes, and training provided by our client.
Escalate issues to internal and external stakeholders, depending on issue type and severity and according to documented escalation procedures.
What you will bring:
Excellent Croatian reading and writing skills.
Good English reading and writing skills (B2+ level).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Service-minded and empathetic, with the ability to independently support customers.
High proficiency using computers (typing, quickly navigating between various tools).
Comfortable working for a global company and in an international work environment.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Customer service experience is preferred.
