Biotech company focused in the phage therapy. Descriçao da oferta Our Client wants to recruit a CRO BD Head (Antibodies and CAR-T Therapies). This role will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the success of the CRO.
Description Identify and develop new business opportunities in the antibody and CAR-T cell therapy markets; Drive revenue growth by developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new clients; Work with pharmaceutical and biotech companies to promote the CRO's expertise in conducting clinical trials for immunotherapies; Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or challenges; Provide tailored solutions to meet clients' discovery and clinical research needs and ensure long-term partnerships; Conduct research to identify emerging trends in immunotherapy; Work closely with internal clinical, regulatory, market access and operational teams; Ensure alignment between business development activities and the scientific and operational capabilities of the CRO; Develop strategic alliances with academic institutions, biotech startups, and industry leaders to expand the company's influence; Represent the CRO at industry conferences, networking events, and meetings with KOLs. Profile Bachelor degree in Life Sciences, Business, Biotechnology or related field (Master's or MBA preferred); Ideal experience of 5+ years in business development or sales within the CRO, pharmaceutical or biotech industries (with focus on immunotherapies); Deep understanding of antibodies and CAR-T Therapies; In-depth knowledge of the scientific and commercial landscape surrounding antibody-based therapies and CAR-T cell immunotherapies; Proven track record of success in business development, with experience in selling CRO services to pharmaceutical and biotech companies; Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients; Excellent communication skills for pitching services; Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and close deals in a competitive market; Strong interpersonal skills, cultivating long-term partnerships with clients; Strong negotiation skills, with experience in drafting and closing contracts for large, discovery and multi-phase clinical research projects.
