Descrição Administer and maintain the CRM system, including participating in the setup of the system configurations, to ensure it aligns with the needs of its several components: Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, etc. Assist in the procurement process for CRM system-related implementation phases, providing system administration insights. Provide technical guidance, training, and support to key users and team members, emphasizing engineering and security best practices. Analyze system data, monitor the solution's performance and integrity, and make recommendations for a well-designed and up-to-date cloud solution. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in CRM, with a focus on engineering innovations. Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience. Proven experience (3+ years) as a CRM Specialist with a strong focus on CRM system administration. Proficiency in configuring and optimizing CRM systems, with specific experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders, both in English (B2+) and Portuguese (Portugal). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with an engineering mindset. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
