Job Description
We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our team. Your main responsibilities will be:

Development and optimization of promotional, trigger, and transactional communications;
Development of existing and search for new communication channels;
Work with metrics: Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate;
Audience segmentation: work with cohorts and user groups;
Setting up and launching promotional mechanics for different types of audiences;
Setting up and launching communications;
Formation and testing of hypotheses to improve company metrics;
Automation of successful tests;
Interaction with other departments of the company.

Qualifications

min 1 year of CRM experience (gambling/betting);
high analytical skills;
adaptability, responsibility, flexibility;
readiness for high workload/dynamic work;
knowledge and ability to navigate sports events;
