About The Role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced CRM Manager to join our growing team and help us enhance player engagement and retention. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will be responsible for the Casino division of a growing poker platform, executing a CRM Strategy to boost player engagement, retention, and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to boost player engagement, retention, and loyalty on our platform.Utilise CRM Tools Effectively: Set up and optimise CRM software and tools to track player activity and engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to the team and key stakeholders.Customer Segmentation and Analysis: Segment player data and analyse behavior to identify target audiences. Develop and execute tailored CRM campaigns to drive engagement and reactivation.Automate CRM Campaigns: Design and implement automated CRM campaigns for different player segments. Ensure timely and high-quality campaign execution to maximise impact.Iterate on Lifecycle Campaigns: Continuously refine and improve lifecycle campaigns. This includes identifying target segments, developing strategies, collaborating with design and product teams, and gathering feedback from stakeholders.Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with product, marketing, and design teams to align CRM strategies with overall business objectives.Monitor and Optimize CRM Performance: Regularly audit CRM strategies and implement testing methodologies to optimise campaigns. Use data-driven insights to suggest and implement improvements.Stay Current with Industry Trends: Keep up to date with the latest trends in the crypto, blockchain, and poker industries to drive innovation and enhance the effectiveness of CRM efforts. Highly Desired Knowledge And Experience Strong working knowledge of CRM tools such as Fast Track.A strong understanding of channels and communication approaches (email, in-app, push notifications). Who are we looking for? 3-5 Years of CRM Experience: Proven experience managing multi-channel CRM strategies and lifecycle campaigns in a tech-driven environment, preferably within gaming, poker, or crypto spaces.Campaign Development and Management: Strong track record in planning, developing, executing, and measuring CRM campaigns that deliver growth and player engagement.CRM Integration Experience: Experience in supporting CRM integration from scratch is a plus.Passion for CRM and Continuous Improvement: A deep passion for CRM, constantly seeking ways to enhance player communication, campaigns, and engagement strategies.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of Blockchain and Crypto: A good understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 ecosystem would be a bonus. Knowledge of the poker industry is a strong advantage.
