Job Description Reporting to the CRM Team Leader, the 'CRM Executive Brazil' will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan interests for the Brazilian brands, reflective of the local culture and sports/gaming. You will contribute to ensure the business retain a fully native tone of voice whilst simultaneously ensuring alignment to our global brand strategies. The comms plan will be a mixture of educational content and promotional, event-based activity with audience segmentation techniques to ensure appropriate messages are served at the right time in a user's journey to maximize engagement. You will put in place the communications for all stages of the customer journey: early-stage on-boarding, customer upsell/cross-sell and lapsed customer win-back. Key responsibilities Work closely to other team members to discuss and do monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino) Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and to main KPIs Execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions Execute communications to maintain players activity via editorial content Analyze campaigns results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc) focusing on effectiveness improvements Create and implement content in web, email, direct messages and other channels Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc) Use multiple tools for executing the campaigns Reports directly to local team leader Qualifications Specialist skills and experience Essential: University degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or similar Proven experience in executing a CRM plan with automated trigger communications Excellent knowledge of sports with a special focus on the Brazilian reality Native Brazilian. English proficiency at all levels Attention to detail to ensure we are compliant + abide by all data protection procedures Organization and ability to meet tight deadlines Excellent teamworking and communication skills Analytical skills, being able to manipulate and interpretate data
