Reporting to the CRM Team Leader, the 'CRM Executive Brazil' will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan for Brazilian brands, reflective of the local culture and sports/gaming.
Your responsibilities:
Work closely with other team members to discuss and create monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino);
Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and main KPIs;
Execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions;
Execute communications to maintain player activity via editorial content;
Analyze campaign results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc.) focusing on effectiveness improvements;
Create and implement content in web, email, direct messages, and other channels;
Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc.);
Use multiple tools for executing the campaigns;
Report directly to the local team leader.
Your Specialist skills and experience:
Native Brazilian + fluent in English;
Advanced Excel;
1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including a proven track record of campaign optimization;
Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly;
Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results;
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove;
Online sports betting and gaming experience.

Schedule: MON-FRI: 9h-18h
