Crm Executive Brazil | Lisbon

Your opportunity has arrived! We are looking for a Brazil CRM Executive in Lisbon!If you are passionate about technology, have exceptional customer management skills, and are ready to face new challenges, we want to meet you!Reporting to the CRM Team Leader, the 'CRM Executive Brazil' will be responsible for executing a communications and promotions plan for the Brazilian brands, reflective of the local culture and sports/gaming.Your responsibilities:Work closely with other team members to discuss and create monthly marketing plans for all products (Sports and Casino);Execute communication strategies aligned with the CRM Marketing plan and main KPIs;Execute multi-channel short-term and long-term promotions;Execute communications to maintain player activity via editorial content;Analyze campaign results (conversion, costs, uplift, etc.) focusing on effectiveness improvements;Create and implement content in web, email, direct messages, and other channels;Work directly with internal parties to implement the marketing plan (content, designers, etc.);Use multiple tools for executing the campaigns;Report directly to the local team leader.Your Specialist skills and experience:Native Brazilian + fluent in English;Advanced Excel;1-2 years of experience in CRM or a related field, including proven track record of campaign optimization;Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically; ability to articulate ideas clearly;Proactive in managing own workload and delivering results;Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce and Optimove;Online sports betting and gaming experience.What we offer you:Base salary: To be defined with client according to experienceSchedule: MON-FRI: 9h-18h2 days at the office per week - Parque das NaçõesPorque acreditamos no Talento sem etiquetas, estamos comprometidos com a não discriminação, promovendo a diversidade, a inclusão e a equidade no mercado de trabalho.
