Sobre o nosso cliente Our client is an international client focused on the Education area.Descrição Lead the technical aspects of configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, and the Academic Information System;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional and technical requirements and implement CRM and academic system solutions;Support the procurement process of the implementation phases;Provide technical guidance and train key users and team members;Analyze data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven recommendations for process improvements;Manage and maintain CRM and academic data integrity, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information;Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in CRM, academic information systems, and the selected CRM Solution.Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred;Proven experience (4+ years) as a CRM Specialist, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365;Knowledge of Sales, Customer Care, and Academic Information System processes and best practices;Proficiency in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including workflows, dashboards, and reports;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders in both English and Portuguese (Portugal);Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification is a plus.Vantagens Great opportunity to join an international company;Great opportunity to join a dynamic team.
