Position Summary
The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a CRM Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.
A day in the life of...
Work with the Nestlé's brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy
HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary
Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool
Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands
Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability
Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports
Ensure campaigns' deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI's
Build effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders
What will make you successful
Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar
Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Klavyio)
Knowledge of HTML or CSS
Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods
Good analytical skills
Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus)
Passion for the Digital Marketing field
