Position Summary The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a CRM Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.
A day in the life of... Work with the Nestlé's brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategyHTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessaryImplement database segmentation on email marketing toolDesign customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brandsCreate A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverabilityMonitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reportsEnsure campaigns' deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI'sBuild effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholdersWhat will make you successful Bachelor or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similarExperience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg.
