What you will do Follow up CRM monthly planning and detecting new opportunities or blockers.
Support optimisation of email and automated communication flows and advise with insights in timing, targeting and content.
Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
Monitor campaign performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.) and provide regular reports.
Understand Google Analytics and CRM campaign tools.
Have analytical ability to interpret data and drive decision making.
Possess good oral and written communication skills (Spanish and English).
Maintain a multi-tasking mindset to manage multiple projects with the ability to prioritize and manage workload.
What you will bring 4+ years experience in a CRM role, with proven success in developing and implementing CRM strategies.
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
Proactive, self-starter and a team player, confident working in collaboration with various stakeholders.
Analytical and process-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience working with CRM deployment tools, Google Analytics and Excel.
Strong understanding of customer behaviour and skills to interpret data insights and report back to the business.
