Tasks and Responsibilities Supervise and motivate NetJets Europe team members in their areas of expertise and through performance metrics, driving for a culture of excellence and results. Perform regular quality checks at the different stages of the simulator, ground and flight training events (type rating, recurrent, base checks, ZFTT, LIFUS, AHQ, special airports, remedial, upgrade, cruise relief pilot, etc
