Purpose of PositionEnsure legal/regulatory compliance and cost effectiveness of training, whilst providing direct support to Flight Operations by delivering fully trained and qualified crews, thereby enhancing safety and owner access/experience.Process issuance/renewal of various types of licenses and qualifications for Flight and Cabin Crew in a timely manner, ensuring there is no impact in the crew rosters due to non-availability of licenses or expired qualifications.
To ensure flight crew licenses, qualifications and training records are kept accurately and maintained up to date in an efficient manner for NetJets Europe (NJE) companies.
Provide support for the functioning of the NJE ATO.
Provide specialist regulatory, logistical, and administrative support throughout the full training cycle, for all crew training events in accordance with Training Department policies and procedures.
Tasks and Responsibilities Prepare, execute and coordinate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders the Simulator and flight training events for NTA, EJME and NATUK (Initial, Recurrent, Base Training, ZFTT, LIFUS, Special Airports, remedial, upgrade, cruise relief pilot, etc.)
as per the Operations Manual Part D and associated documentation to ensure a safe compliant, timely and quality service; Prepare, execute and coordinate with all relevant internal and external stakeholders the Ground training events for NTA, EJME and NATUK (INDOC, GRT, upgrade segment 1, RQC, GSM, etc.)
as per the Operations Manual Part D and associated documentation to ensure a safe, compliant, timely and quality service; Track NTA, EJME and NATUK Flight Crew, Cabin Crew and Flight Dispatchers licences/attestations, medicals and qualifications expiry details in a timely manner, maintaining the Training Management Systems updated at all times; Advise crew members on licensing matters and coordinate with National Authorities as required to support the application, renewal and revalidation of licenses; Assess the training requirements for Flight and Cabin Crew Members returning from leave of absence; Support the NTA ATO with the qualification, renewal and revalidation of TRIs/TREs as per the NTA ATO Manuals and associated documentation; Maintain KPIs and statistics as required on training activities for monthly reporting; Maintain expertise in the Training Management Systems; Provide out of office hours duty coverage, as tasked, to provide direct support to Operations; Ensure that safety is a part of every job and activity.
Support the safety and compliance programmes, ensuring that any issue that may affect them is appropriately reported; Other duties can be performed subject to being within the same professional career, considered related or functionally linked.
#LI-Hybrid Core CompetenciesStrives for Positive ResultsCuriosityCollaborationAdaptabilityService-OrientedKnowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) 2-4 years of experience in a similar position in the aviation industry; Previous experience in NetJets Crew Training or Roster (preferred); Good knowledge of EASA, UK and ANAC training regulations (highly preferred); Previous experience working in a heavily regulated environment (preferred); Able to make sound decisions and the ability to work to tight deadlines in a complex demanding environment; Evidence of organisational skills, attention to detail and methodical and planning ability; Strong communication skills; Customer focus; Fluency in Business English (written and spoken); High Proficiency in MS Office.
