Linde Global Services Credit to Cash Advisor (m/f/d) Porto, Portugal | req18508 What you will enjoy doing You will proactively handle collection cases within a portfolio of clients, being responsible and accountable for the collection process within that portfolio based on policies and procedures established by the company Building a relationship with customers which leads to good payment behavior is part of your job You analyze and decide on the creditworthiness of customers (for payments and deliveries) based on internal and external information, defined policies and procedures Further you will ensure proper financial measures for collections Advising on reconciliation and under/over payments is required In addition you own more complex credit management issues when required from the Front Offices You will actively participate in digitalization and contribute to the digital transformation of our company What makes you great You have minimum secondary school (High School) Strong experience in daily telephone and email communication with customers (handling requests, complaints, etc.)
is required Excellent communication skills, conflict resolution orientation and stress resistance Fluency in Portuguese as a native language, English is a plus You have previous experience in credit to cash collections SAP/ERP basic knowledge (preferred) You have analytical and negotiation skills Excel knowledge (Pivot Tables, Formulas (vlookups, conditionals etc) is required for this role You are able to collect, interpret and use data effectively, driving digital transformation Why you will love working with us At Linde we identify ourselves with our products – either working for the technical or medical gases business.

This role is a full time position based on a limited contract.
The standard weekly working hours will be from 09:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs.
