About the roleThe credit department at Revolut is anything but ordinary. They design, develop, and launch credit products across the globe. The team manages our products from day one to the end — developing the back and front-end, the data science infrastructure, and then creating a local setup in each country with scalable risk management and portfolio management solutions. It's a big job, but our people are a credit to us all.
We're looking for a Credit Manager who'll be the go-to person on all things credit. You'll drive growth, improve funnel conversion, engagement, lower cost of acquisition, and maintain the best quality in all aspects of the product, customer journey, and service.

What you'll be doingSetting the vision for our product(s), understanding how it connects to Revolut's goalsBuilding credit products with world-class customer experiences in mind, understanding the full credit lifecycle of a customerDefining, prioritising, and communicating short, mid, and long-term goals of the productEnsuring high engagement in the UX domain to deliver a great customer experienceCreating a high-conversion funnel and offering acceptance rateLowering the cost of customer acquisitionEnsuring high customer satisfaction related to understanding and experience within the retail credit products segmentEstablishing reliable and reputable third-party partnershipsEnsuring zero tolerance of any compliance issue or breach of regulatory requirementsWhat you'll needHands-on experience building products and/or features in Portuguese retail creditSolid new product design experience and a passionate approach to customer experienceUI/UX principle knowledge by understanding customer behaviour and analysing data and real-world experiencesExpertise in risk management principlesA technical degree from a top schoolProgramming and data analysis skillsA detail-oriented, structured mentalityExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skillsThe ability to prioritise features based on customer needs/wantsA deeply analytical approach and track record for making data-driven decisionsThe ability to lead a team and build partnerships with other functionsFluency in EnglishEffective communication skills with all stakeholdersA passion for building new processes and challenging the status quoGet what you need to succeedFinancial benefits that show we value your workFlexibility to work from home, the office or abroadA free Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perksExciting events year-round so you can get to know your team
