Purpose of the role:
Oversees the production of creative assets across various clients in a high-paced environment, from quoting to delivery, according to the defined processes and KPIs, so our service reputation remains as best-in-class in the industry.
Clarify creative briefs with the client, and review files received before sending to the studio.
Maintain active and effective studio relationships to allow a robust production execution even if managed remotely.
What you'll do:
The Production Manager (Creative Production) oversees the production of creative assets (POS, digital media, print media) across various clients in a high-paced environment, from quoting to delivery, according to the defined processes and KPIs, so our service reputation remains as best-in-class in the industry. The PM also maintains active and effective client/studio relationships to allow a robust production execution, even when managed remotely.
The PM will manage a range of production projects, which include the following tasks:
Ensure the briefings received from the clients are clear in terms of requirements and technical information, before being forwarded to our studio teams for production. This includes manipulation of excel spreadsheets.
Advise the client from a technical/creative point of view on their requirements, providing day-to-day support, proposing creative ideas and solutions to the client.
Keep all projects under tight control by proactively checking the studio's progress and correctly managing the prioritisation of the tasks.
Check the artworks before they reach the client to verify that the brief matches the result.
Follow up of the projects to ensure that deadlines are achieved.
Closing the projects in the systems once the client has received the final files.
Support in the collection of POs in order to close the projects in the system.
What you'll bring:
Experience in creative production/other relevant role.
Experience with POS, digital media, print media production.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (to be able to review the files from clients and studio).
Pre-press knowledge.
Good understanding of what a creative production brief should contain.
Knowledge of graphic design.
Experience in data management and reporting analysis.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, with the ability to work with macros and data merch.
Previous experience with Workfront or a similar platform (desirable).
Fluent in Spanish and English.

Role Requirements:
This role can be based anywhere in Portugal but might require occasional travel to Lisbon or Madrid.
Candidate must be able to communicate on a fluent level both in Portuguese and Spanish and English to be able to communicate with the broader organization.
