For which tasks (responsibilities)? ZiMAD is looking for a Creative Manager to help our User Acquisition team scale across different mobile channels (Social, Ad networks, and others) and increase app downloads and revenues of our mobile games.
Responsibilities:
Search and test hypotheses and develop new approaches to making successful creatives
Evaluate the results using analytical systems
Prepare detailed written technical specifications
Research activities and trends in the market
Establish and support contact with third-party contractors
All this will have to be done in close cooperation with the UA and Promo departments.
What kind of professional are we looking for?1+ years of experience in mobile games performance marketing, with priority given to puzzles, board games, or casual games
Good eye for creatives in the above-mentioned and other genres
Possess strong English proficiency, enabling you to effectively communicate with international teams when needed and clearly convey expectations
Understand current trends in mobile advertising
Good communication skills, professional empathy, and a positive attitude
Skills in conveying ideas through written communication
A portfolio of completed creative projects is highly desirable
