Keeping information to ourselves delays progress for all. At Liminal, we don't just respond to the market; we define it.We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Designer to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will blend your creative vision with strategic content development to support Liminal's brand presence across digital channels. You will be responsible for crafting visually compelling content and ensuring that all digital marketing assets align with our overarching content strategy and brand identity. This position reports directly to the CMO and works closely with writers, web contractors, and media producers.Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Content Creation: Design and produce engaging visual content including infographics, videos, social media graphics, and web assets that support our content and campaign strategy, and enhance storytelling.Brand Consistency: Ensure that all digital and visual content adheres to Liminal's brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent look and feel across all platforms.Content Collaboration: Work closely with content writers and the marketing team to transform written content into visually appealing formats that resonate with our target audiences.Digital Campaign Support: Design and develop creative assets for digital marketing campaigns, including email templates, banner ads, and landing pages, optimizing them for various platforms.Web Design and Optimization: Collaborate with web developers to design user-friendly web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience that drives engagement and conversion.Content Strategy Implementation: Partner with the marketing team to develop visual content strategies that align with our sales cycle, driving awareness and nurturing leads through the funnel.Social Media Engagement: Design and curate visual content for social media platforms to grow engagement and enhance Liminal's digital presence.Creative Innovation: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to enhance our visual content - including motion graphics, video, and other trends.Who We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.3-5 years of experience in graphic design or a similar creative role, preferably within a content marketing or digital marketing team.A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of visual content, including digital campaigns, social media assets, and web design projects.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other design software.Experience with web design tools and platforms such as WordPress, and productivity tools like Figma.Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and how to apply them to web and mobile platforms.Exceptional eye for design, typography, color, and layout.Ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to create visuals that engage and inspire.Highly collaborative team player capable of working independently.Results-oriented, with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and feedback effectively.Experience in emerging identity and fraud, cybersecurity, financial services, or fintech a plus.
