Position SummaryWe are currently seeking a Coffee Specialist at Nestlé Business Services. Reporting to the Team Lead, this role involves all the front office contacts with customers for the Nespresso brand.
A Day in the Life of...Attend all types of contacts done by Nespresso customers by voice, email, or chat for both B2C and B2B business.Welcome customers and identify their needs.Advise customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.Initiate customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulate their curiosity about our complete range of products.Conduct an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guide customers as effectively as possible to Technical Assistance.Maximize the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories).What Will Make You SuccessfulOne- or two-years' experience in customer-facing roles (mandatory).Dominion of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...)Proficiency in Portuguese.Proficiency in English is an asset.Good relational and communication skills.Ability to multitask.Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.What We OfferAt NBS, we prioritize the well-being and professional growth of our team members.
