About the role You'll help to deliver Consumer&Sensory Product insights to Support end-to-end product development process in Stain Remover (Vanish) category. This is a role which focuses on developing in-depth consumer understanding, project leadership, people development, cooperation, and communication skills. You'll be part of the R&D organisation working closely with different functions: R&D product development team, marketing/commercial team, and global Insight & Analytics team. Your responsibilities - Being the subject matter expert for the definition of the relevant consumer product research learning plan for the innovation pipeline. - Ensure CPI research outcomes & recommendations respond to the strategic business need. - Enhance the consumer science expertise of the team, building, and executing consumer product research and analysis capabilities, as well as further actively scoping, and defining new research approaches and methodologies that allow unlocking consumer and product insights more efficiently. The experience we're looking for - Strong Consumer Technical Insights research experience-designing ad conducting quantitative and qualitative consumer research studies with 6+ years' experience. - Strategic thinker – Able to effectively turn data and consumer feedback into inspiring & business relevant recommendations
