Profile & Skills We are hiring a Coworking Community Manager for an exciting upcoming project in Lisbon city center. As a Community Manager, you will ensure the smooth operation of the coworking space, inspire your team, and create a welcoming environment that promotes customer satisfaction and retention.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (subject to adjustment once the coworking space is operational)

Education: Degree in management, business administration, or a relevant field – MandatoryExperience: 2-5 years of progressive work-related experience in coworking spaces, hospitality, or administrationSkills: Ownership mentality with problem-solving capabilitiesStrong communication skills and customer service experienceExcellent time management and multi-tasking abilitiesPositive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to a fast-changing environmentProficient in MS OfficeGoal-orientedFluent in spoken and written Portuguese and English (additional languages are a plus)Responsibilities: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for customers and team membersEnsure smooth day-to-day operations of the coworking spaceOrganize community events, such as seminars and workshopsPromote the coworking space and attract new membersProvide support and engage with membersMaintain a vibrant and productive workspaceIntroduce new members to the communityManage invoicing, payments, and membership agreementsCoordinate mail and package deliveriesSupport the marketing department with social media and marketing content
