About Our Client Energy multinational. Job Description Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to achieve revenue and market share growth objectives in Portugal. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, regulatory bodies, industry partners, and local communities. Lead and motivate a cross-functional team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance excellence. Identify new business opportunities, assess market trends, and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and sustainability. Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role within the energy renewables industry, with a deep understanding of the Portuguese market. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals. Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
