Descrição Reporting directly to the Managing Director Iberia, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Business Management and Growth: Responsible for managing and growing the business, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like EBITDA;Assist Training Manager: Accompany the Training Manager in the field, when necessary, to support training initiatives;Supervise and Manage Agents: Oversee real estate agents, ensuring they follow legal and ethical standards;Oversee Property Transactions: Manage the process of buying and selling properties, negotiating deals, and handling paperwork;Provide Market Expertise: Advise clients on market trends, property values, and pricing strategies.Perfil ideal The ideal profile will meet the following criteria:
At least 10 years of successful experience in a second-hand residential real estate sales agency;Leadership/management skills;Business Skills;Training knowledge;Bachelor's Degree;Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (must have);Languages: Portuguese and English.
