The role: As the Paynest Country Manager for Portugal, you are set to spearhead our expansion into the Portuguese market, marking a significant milestone in our journey. Your role will be pivotal in launching Paynest's commercial activities across Portugal.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the launch of Paynest's operations in Portugal, setting up our footprint in the Portuguese employer ecosystem.Craft and execute a clear go-to-market strategy that leverages partnerships, direct sales, and other channels to introduce Paynest's innovative platform to Portuguese businesses and their employees.Collaborate closely with Paynest's leadership to pinpoint and seize new strategic and commercial opportunities, aligning with our mission to improve company's inefficiencies, while always taking care of their employees.Achieve and exceed growth targets on a monthly and quarterly basis by being proactive, innovative, and strategic.Navigate the dynamics of the Portuguese market with agility, adapting strategies in response to market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory changes.

Ideal Profile: Fluent in both Portuguese and English are a must.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage and negotiate effectively across diverse audiences and stakeholders.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by process efficiency.Exhibits a high degree of motivation and a results-driven approach, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing growth objectives.Demonstrates adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and ever-evolving business landscape.
