Country Manager

International Foodservice Company is currently searching for its Country Manager to develop theiroperations on the Portuguese market
About the Country Manager role The Country Manager will strategically provide support in managing and coordinating technical,
contractual, and administrative activities of projects on a national scale, leveraging their strategic
vision and strong market knowledge.
Reporting to the Group General Manager, the Country Manager main functions will be to:
Define and implement the Company development strategy on the national marketManage and follow-up full project development both on technical and economic aspectsLead the operational teamsManage optimum relationships with clients, institutions, local Administrations and partnersFor this position, we require a Senior profile with at least 15-years+ experience in the Food Service
industry within a strong background as a Commercial Director or as a Business Development
Director and a provable success track record.
Fluency in Portuguese, English and Spanish, strong analytic and strategic outlook of the industry
as well as proven leadership and communication skills are mandatory.
