Your role involves overseeing and managing all aspects of your company's operations and interests in Portugal. This includes strategic planning, business development, financial management, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets. Driving business growth by expanding the company's client base, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, and exploring new revenue streams. This may involve networking, attending industry events, and negotiating partnerships or contracts. Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Lead and motivate the front office teams to meet and exceed sales targets and activity levels. Implement effective cost management strategies to optimize operational efficiency and maximize profitability. Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure transparency and accountability. Foster a culture of 'winning as one' and cross-sell our other service lines (outsourcing & advisory).
