.Squarespace is seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join our legal team. As an important part of a fast-growing global SAAS organization, you'll coordinate a variety of projects and processes for the team, such as supporting our board of directors meetings and shareholder annual meetings. You'll contribute to our public compliance and reporting processes, and other corporate law matters.We're looking for a Corporate Paralegal who knows how to ask the right questions and prioritize several tasks. You should enjoy relationship-building and working collaboratively while managing sensitive information.You will report to our corporate Assistant General Counsel and will be based in our New York City office.
