Strategic Planning:Develop a strategic plan for acquiring and growing business partnerships aligned with the organization's programmatic needs;Market Mapping:Analyze the Portuguese market to identify key sectors, major players, and potential opportunities;Action Plan Development:Create and implement a commercial and marketing action plan to engage potential partners and nurture existing relationships;Prospect Engagement:Identify and contact potential corporate partners through various channels, fostering relationships and creating tailored partnership offers;Negotiate partnership terms in accordance with the organization's guidelines;Contract Management:Oversee the creation and signing of partnership agreements;Communication Strategy:Support the organization's communication strategy with private sector stakeholders to enhance partner value and build its image and credibility;Collaboration:Maintain effective communication and collaboration across all departments (e.g., Individual Giving, Advocacy, Digital, Finance);Trend Monitoring:Stay updated on sector trends and market developments;Budget Management:Monitor and manage the allocated budget for the corporate segment.
Perfil ideal
Bachelor's degree in Management or related field;Minimum of five years in commercial, customer service, or marketing roles within companies, or corporate fundraising within an NGO;Project Development and Management;Analytical, Planning, and Organizing;Business Intelligence and Strategic Research;Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills;Networking Abilities.
