Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements, and Corporate Strategy.Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Project Manager for our Porto or Lisbon office to be in charge of client engagements and manage a team of Associates, Senior Analysts, and Analysts.PERSON SPECIFICATIONMinimum 6 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry with strong Corporate Finance and M&A expertise.Fluency in English at proficient level.
