Our Finance & Strategy team provides an array of comprehensive services catering specifically to our clients' unique and evolving circumstances which require creative and careful consideration, decision making and guidance. Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements and Corporate Strategy. Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire a Project Manager for our Porto or Lisbon office to be in charge of client engagements and manage a team of Associates, Senior Analysts and Analysts. - serif; color:Rgb(4, 82, 124)"> PERSON SPECIFICATIONMinimum 6 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry with strong Corporate Finance and M&A expertise Fluency in English at proficient level.
