Our services focus on M&A Transactions, Due Diligence, Capital Raisings, Private Placements and Corporate Strategy.Due to expanding business, the firm is looking to hire an Associate to provide direct support to a Project Manager and coordinate a team of analysts.What You'll DoDirect support to Project Manager on ad hoc client related projectsClosely coordinate the work of a team of Analysts/Senior AnalystsProvide ongoing training to Analysts/Senior AnalystsDaily interaction and troubleshooting with high profile clients (primary liaison)Handling day-to-day correspondence with clients and their representativesGenerating client facing presentations and pitch-books, data analysis and financial modellingWhat You HaveMinimum 3 years of professional experience in the Financial Services Industry with strong Corporate Finance and M&A expertise, namely as part of a Big4 Consultancy firm, Investment Bank or Private Equity firmFluency in English at a proficient level.
