Corporate Finance Assistant

MISSION/OBJECTIVES
Support and coordination of accounting and financial tasks in coordination with external consultants and accountants.

FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED

Supervise the invoices circuit and document management of the company.
Payment management and liaison with financial institutions.
Monitoring of collections and debt claims.
Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual accounts.
Coordination with external advisors for the filing of monthly and annual taxes.
Support in the preparation of monthly reporting and budget monitoring.
Bank reconciliations.
Treasury forecasts.
External audit support.
Knowledge of good environmental practices and MVGM policies.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position.
English: Desirable minimum B2 or demonstrable.
Spanish: Desirable minimum B2 or demonstrable.

KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED
Knowledge of Office automation and accounting software.
Excel proficiency desirable.
