The Corporate Communications Coordinator will support tracking, implementation, and logistics of programs and tasks across public relations, analyst relations, and internal communications. This position is a great opportunity to work at a high-growth company and play a pivotal role in a team that shapes its public perception and motivates its internal people. In this role, you will leverage your existing project management skills, drive the execution of internal and external communications activities, and be a trusted voice for employee communications.
Responsibilities:
Create content and coordinate corporate communication efforts across multiple channels (including newsletters, press releases, website, and social media posts)
Support in managing and sending communications, capturing the voice of the employee, and increasing engagement within internal communication channels
Implement feedback mechanisms to gather insights from our audience and continuously improve our communication efforts
Maintain records of internal communications, analyst relations, and public relations program performance, and produce reports as needed
Coordinate and administer event logistics, calendar invites, and registration for analyst inquiries and internal company events
Support the team with project management, data collection, and administrative support
Requirements:
+2 years of experience in a marketing, project management, or operations role at a fast-paced dynamic work environment
Clear communicator, verbal & written
Adept with a variety of project management platforms and methods; track record of planning, tracking and driving deliverables to completion across multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines
Extremely proficient with Google Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bonus points for prior experience at a technology or SaaS company

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
